Virginia Wesleyan is Coastal Virginia’s premier university of the liberal arts and sciences. Just miles from the Atlantic Ocean and Chesapeake Bay, the picturesque 300-acre campus of Virginia Wesleyan University is situated in world-famous Virginia Beach. And VWU annually enrolls approximately 1,500 students in undergraduate, graduate, and online programs. We have a campus population that is 48% self-identified people of color. Students thrive in small classes, the average is 13 students, and through the University’s experiential learning, high-impact leadership, and career development programs. Students are kept active through Off The Hook programming which provides social, educational, and community-building activities on campus.
Campus Prerequisites or Restrictions:
Students are not permitted to enroll in social work, nursing, education, and some of the sports and recreation management courses due to prerequisites.

Fees: $950 fees
Health insurance: $2630 (annual; can be waived)
Room and Board: Costs vary based on type of housing
Student is required to live on campus.

November 1 for spring semester
