NACU Podcast Talks About Creating Efficiencies and Collaboration for Higher Ed Institutions

August 31

In the latest episode of “Connect, Collaborate, Champion,” NACU President Sean Creighton talks with Paul Friga, clinical associate professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Friga talks about the need for higher education to enact strategic efficiencies and collaborations rather than broad-based cuts that risk hindering potential growth areas.

Friga is the author “The McKinsey Mind” (McGraw-Hill, 2001) and “The McKinsey Engagement” (McGraw-Hill, 2008). He previously worked as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and McKinsey & Company.

Episodes of “Connect, Collaborate, Champion!” can be found on Buzzsprout and will be available everywhere podcasts are heard, including Apple Podcast and Spotify.  The podcast is recorded in partnership with public radio station, 91.3 FM WYSO in Yellow Springs, Ohio, and made possible thanks to the support of the NACU campuses.
